Local delivery doesn't show at checkout page on certain computers

Hi,

We love woocommerce, thank you for the great plugin!

Everything works fine, accept this thing is a little strange:

Local delivery shows fine on my computer (windows, Firefox), but the computer of my cli?nt doesn’t (also windows, Firefox). Totally gone, even when browser cache/cookies are cleared. All of the other shipping methods are visable. Also after hard refreshes. We use the same IP address, so it’s not zipcode. Safari shows it too. I didn’t tried the wp debugger, because for these cases I expect my computer would not show the local delivery.

Because I don’t understand the reason why 1 computer shows it and another doesn’t, both with same IP address, browser and Windows, I don’t know where to look. Also I didn’t find anything on Google. Normally I always find a solution on Google.

Can you help me out?
