Local function does not show the map

The plugin is installed and all settings can be made and accept data. BUT when we try to use either shortcodes or the GUI button “insert google map” to get the map to show, it does not work. Instead, it just shows the business name as a link and when you click that, you just go to the site. The “insert address” GUI button or shortcode works fine, but the map will just not show no matter if we use the GUI button or shortcode.
