local-ga.js should have a Vary:Accept-Encoding

Hey @danescobar,

After searching the web this is what I found:

‘Vary: Accept Encoding is a server setting. Probably there’s a filesize minimum of to which this header is applied. You should set this minimum to 0, if possible.’

Possibly also look into this
