There are two types of referral programs you can set up using our app.
Double-sided Referral Program:
In this, both the referrer and invited friends are given rewards. Referrals can be given Points (which can be a percentage of sales) or Coupons for meeting the referral goal. And Invited friends are also given a discount Coupon. In this, a referral is counted only when an invited friend purchases from your store using the unique referral link shared by the referrer and applies the referral coupon code.
Single-side Referral Program:
Only the referrer is rewarded. A referral is counted only when an invited friend signs up to your campaign using the unique link shared by the referrer (You can also add a signup goal).
The referrer shares a unique link to your campaign with their friends.
To invite people to join your program, we provide you with many options including the Campaign URL, Facebook Tab URL, Destination URL, etc.`
NOTE 1: You can run a double-sided referral program only for the purchases made on the supported store platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.
Otherwise, you can run a single-sided referral program and reward referrers when the invited friend signs up for your campaign.
