    As a confirmation, you’re wanting to have local pickup as an option for specific shipping zones?

    Looking at your zone, you still need to identify a country under Zone regions. Please add the USA, as you may end up with other zone regions that can take this zip code, such as the UK.

    Do please add your country to the Zone region, and see if this resolves your issue!

    Interesting you were able to get free pick up
    I wasn’t able to get free pick up with zip code of 93650..

    Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Based on these screenshots, are you creating two (2) Shipping Zones instead?

    What Sven mentioned above, was to put USA under Zone Regions. Here’s my configuration for your reference:

    And, here’s my Checkout page. Initially, it was not set to USA, hence the shipping methods are not by default what you see here. But, after I updated the address to ship to, this is what I see on my end.

    Yes I thought I was suppose to create 2 shipping zones.

    Local pick up are showing up but not disappearing when using out of the zone zip code..

    It looks like you’ve sorted the local pickup issue?

    I have tested a set of orders, one from an Illinois addres and anther from California, and local pickup is available for both.

    Does this mean that you’ve been able to get your issues resolved?

    If you’re still not getting the local shipping visible, it may be worth testing on another browser or device, as you may have some caching issues that are holding onto the previous settings!

    I prefer no local pick up if zip code is not on the list or out of California.

    With my configuration here, Shipping Options are not displayed when user inputted a zip code not on the list.

    Can you please share your updated Shipping Settings here for us to investigate?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
