Local pick up not showing as option

Hi,

Local pick up option is not showing on the view cart or checkout page.

It is enabled
It set to allow all allowed countries

In main shipping settngs I am shipping to All countries.

Instead i have my 2 working options selectable in a drop down:
[Local Pickup Should be here?]
UK delivery
International delivery

Any ideas on how I can get this working please?
