Local pickup checked as default under WBS

    Hi,

    we have a problem in our site. We have 1 shipping zone and 2 shipping methods WBS and local pickup.

    The problem is that in the checkout page when the user enters their address the default checked radio is the local pickup (under WBS) and not WBS charge. Many clients do not check the right choice and end up sending the order with local pickup by mistake.

    We have set up the WBS charges in the zone and not globally and we have dragged it before local pick up (it was like this from the site setup, it’s been the lasts days that the problem exists).

    We have version 5.7

    Hi,

    Could you double-check that:
    1. You have no global rules at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Weight Based, and
    2. The WBS shipping method in the shipping zone has any rules added in it?

    Hi,

    thank you for your answer.

    I had to delete and re-enter the shipping zones.

    I had double checked the settings you mention.

    WBS shipping was only applied to zone (no global rules) and there were rules added inside each option for weight.

    I do not know exactly what caused the problem.
