Local Pickup Not Showing

I have setup two shipping Zones. One that covers the entire UK and one for local pick-up where I have limited the Postcodes. However, whilst all the shipping classes show up for the UK delivery Zone I get no option for local-pickup. Its there something I am doing wrong?
