Local pickup not showing on Firefox or IE

Hi,
local pickup option is not showing as a selection under Shipping and Handling on the cart when using IE and Firefox browsers.
It is showing correctly as an option in the Chrome browser.
I have updated Woocommerce plugin today to Version 2.1.11
Website is SilverEdge Designs
Help would be appreciated.
