Local Pickup time select for Google Pay checkout screen

  • We have the local pickup time field required but it does not appear if the user uses the express checkouts like G Pay or Apple pay. Is there a way to get the pickup time to appear in those checkout methods?

    I’m not quite sure what you mean by

    express checkouts like G Pay or Apple Paw

    are you talking about using the Apple Pay & Google Pay options that are available with the WooCommerce Payments Plugin? From what I am seeing it looks like you are having this problem because you are including the Google Pay & Apple Pay buttons in the cart instead of only in the Checkout. I don’t think we will be able to accommodate including the Local Pickup Time on the Cart page, if we did it would only be able to be used if you don’t attempt to restrict the Local Pickup Time to Local Pickup shipping methods, or only in the cases where you provide the ability to choose the shipping method in the Cart.

    Yes, we are using the Stripe payment method and it has the express checkout’s directly inside the cart. Thanks for the explanation!

    Do you know if the standard WooCommerce Payments has the Apple & Google payment options inside the Checkout only? Then I may just switch to using that method to get the local pickup time there.
