Local Pickup with Apple Pay & Stripe Not Forcing Location Selection

  • I am using the latest version of the plugin (1.5.24) to handle local pickup of orders and I have had several orders come through where local pickup is selected and there has been no location selected.

    The first one happened about a month ago and we have since had another half dozen with the same issue. From what I can tell, the problem is related to the payment when Apple Pay is used. Because Apple Pay will automatically fill in the billing and shipping information, the user is not requested to select a pickup location and in turn, we are receiving orders that do not have any location data.

    So, how can I fix the issue so that people checking out with Apple Pay are forced to select a location?
