Local Setting

The documentation indicates that we can use this plugin using local setting but does not tell or show how this is done.
Our requirement is very simple. We want a floating button with the following setting:
1. Display text “Click her to Enquire”
2. Open a local page “www.mydomain.com/contact/”Final question is can the Colour, Style, etc. of the button and text to be selected within the widget locally and without linking to the remote server of the plugin developer.
