    I’m the cart or checkout page when the user selects local pick up it works until the user puts their billing info in. The it changes to shipping. Any ideas on why this would happen? I’ve taken over a site and not sure what exactly has been custom added.

    Hey @rob19805!

    It sounds like a ‘default’ location is being used for the customer until their actual address is entered on the Checkout page, which then updates the shipping options based on that location.

    I would suggest taking a look at the following settings:

    – On the WooCommerce > Settings > General page, look at the “Default customer location” option. It is likely that “Shop base address” is being used, if Local Pickup is showing initially.
    – On the WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options page, look at the “Shipping destination” options. Generally speaking, having that option set to default to the customer shipping address is usually a good approach to make sure the right shipping options are offered.

    ty for the response. We have it working for now anyways. The only time it changes is when it changes is when the zip code is changed. The default location is geolocation and billing address is the default shipping destination. I may update that your recommendation anyways. thank you very much!
