local site not working after zip download BitPay

    I received a notice that the plugin (BitPay) I was using would not be working after June 9 2019 and to upload new zip file. I went to the page and download the zip and uploaded it to our site. Now my entire site is gone and I receive “This page isn’t working crystalnugs.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500”

    Please help me bring this site back to working condition
