local testing?

Hello, is it possible to test the whole system local?
Some local WP-installations + local installed infiniteWO Admin Panel.Have tried with UwAmp (port 4001). It seems to work, except backups. All created backups will displayed as 0kb and the folder \wp-content\infinitewp\backups contains no zips.
The link for download a backup looks like this:
https://localhost:4001/iShop/wp-content/infinitewp/backups/localhost:4001-iShop_backup_full_2015-10-06_b6971d6b25d63dac220d9f3f5de0a714.zipI think that /localhost:4001- is the reason, but how could i avoid this?
