Local time

On the Away tab, this plugin tells me what it thinks is the local time now. But it’s wrong. I says the local time is 3:30 pm, when it’s actually 2:30 pm. WordPress itself, on the other hand, gets it right (
options-general.php). My time zone is Europe/Oslo (+01:00) (no DST this time of year).https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/better-wp-security/
