Local Time in Shortcode Setting

How can I correct the time stamp of the shortcode posts (see https://openreli.de/mitmachen/teilnehmer-beitraege/ )? Each item displays UTC, blog time is set to UTC+2. – Thanks ever so much – GREAT plugin!
