    Hi,

    I’m getting

2023-10-15T09:14:18+00:00 WARNING Inpsyde\Zettle\Webhooks\Handler\InventoryBalanceChangedHandler: could not find local variant ID for PayPal Zettle UUID 6a69fd01-c23c-11ec-bb20-d183097d5a47

    And this makes me nervous.
    Is there a sync issue?

    How can I find out which product / local variant this message is referring to in Zettle?

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    This notice is not a sync affecting error, but rather a notification that an instance was created in the database of the plugin, that does not have a linked product to it. These instances can be created during the onboarding process during an attempt to create a product on the Zettle library that failed to succeed. The option to leave in this notification is a deliberate choice of our developers, in order to provide more logs, rather than to clean up and possibly miss information in case the sync is not working as expected. We see the logs to be used when an issue is encountered, not to use them to simply check up on the status of the plugin’s functioning.

    Finding database entries regarding the products/UUID:
    The database entry that shows the product ID and UUID can be found in the DB entry: WP_ZETTLE_WOOCOMMERCE_ID_MAP. In this database entry, you will find the product ID of the WooCommerce and Zettle product that links them together.
