Local video on mobile

Tested self-hosted mp4 video on iOs Safari and Chrome https://wpbackgrounds.com/self-hosted-video-on-mobile-devices-test/

Working just fine for me. If you have an online example with non-working video background, just provide it here.

Looks like our shortcode builder does not support the awb_video_mobile attribute. Insert it manually to your shortcode like this:

awb_video_mobile="true"

In the next plugin update this option will be added to the shortcode builer.
