Local WP Install Issue

I have installed Local WP without error messages but:

1. I cannot Login when I open the first Site “Hello World” . Response is wrong password which is very unlikely ….
2. When I open the second site I created the reponse is “Error 404 – Not Found”

Any thoughts on what I should do to resolve?

There may be a problem with the MySQL connection because these rows show in the Lightening Log:
