Localhost on Xampp redirects to live website event after changes in DB wp_option

When I go to https://localhost/testwebsite/wp-admin it redirects me to the live website i.e https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin

I have changed the siteurl and home under wp_option in database to https://localhost/testwebsite

I also tried changing the permalink_structure to default from the database but it keeps redirecting me to the live website. What else can be done to login to https://localhost/testwebsite/wp-admin?
