localhost wont works but https://127.0.0.1/ works fine!

i′m trying to set up wordpress into local server on my mac.
I have yosemite
I′ve configured mamp, everything i′ts ok, but when i type on the browser https://localhost:8888, doesnt work, but when i type https://127.0.0.1/ works fine!!
thats ok?..but.. that doesn’t matter?
