Localiation of the backend for unsupported langugaes such as 'de_CH'

    I am maintaining a WordPress install in ‘de_CH’ (Swiss German). cforms2 contained localization files for ‘de_DE’. In previous version I just copied these files and renamed them accordingly so the backend was shown in German instead of the default English.

    Any ideas on how to do that in the current version are greatly appreciated!
