    Hi !

I wanted to share my thought about some things I was confronted.

    Context :
    Two problems.

    • when we want to change we have to Re-Import a CSV again
    • charts are not localized. If I want my charts to be both in english and in french, I have to duplicate the first, prepare a french CSV file, importe it back to french. If I modify the color chart of one, the other is not modified. They are not linked.

    Idea :
If we could have the possibility to override the legend with html code, there will no problem anymore.
I have mtuli language website, using qTranslate.
qTrabslate provides multi languages functionnality using html commentary <!--:en-->ENGLISH TEXT HERE<!--:-->
If I could say “colum 1 is :<!--:fr-->Légende 1<!--:--><!--:en-->Legend 1<!--:-->, the graph will be localizated.
Anf of course, if I just want to change a legend title, I could do that very easily ??

What do you think of that ?
do you think it is possible ?
did i missed something about localizated charts ?

    thanks for listening ??
and for you very astonishing plugin !

  • Hi @x-raym!

Thanks for your suggestions, but there are not enough demand for chart translations. Currently I don’t have enough time to work on new features for visualizer, but if you need to translate your charts and you know PHP, then you can translate your titles in your custom hook for your charts. Let me know if it is an option for you and I will try to help more.

    Regards,
    Eugene

Via custom hooks ? Hmmm I’m not used to it, I really have to read that carefully, and make some test.

I won’t abuse your time with that for the moment,
I will give it a try by myself.

Thanks again for you support ! ??

You are welcome as always ??
Let me know when you need a help.
