    The only difference is that in load_textdomain the mofile name can be specified, and in load_plugin_textdomain it must be the name of the plugin with the locale attached.

    Because i use two different sets, one for admin and one for frontend i prefer using load_textdomain.

    Please ask the author of the warning to be more specific, as i do not beieve his statement.
