Localization problems

Good plugin, but having trouble with localization. Every string with tags in curly brackets (ex: sitename) won’t translate. Most emails won’t translate (mostly english). Otherwise, functionning strings will not revert to english when selected on multilingual site where main language is not english. Note: using TML (theme my login) in conjunction with New User Approve, which may not help. Using q-translate-x, with which strings inside __() always works ok in other plugins.
