    If user enter the page with the store locator, can they get the stores next to them automatically?
    it can be for computer, but it needed for mobile devices

    Normally yes. It depends on their browser or mobile service. Our Power add-on has a feature called Location sensor. Location sensor works in a variety of ways depending on the Browser being used and the security of your web site. Chrome for instance requires the domain to be https.
