locate by div id/class doesn't work

  • I’m trying to add a banner by using the div id/class option and nothing seems to displayed.
    banner details:
    type:png
    title:blah
    alt:blah
    target:self
    rel:dofollow
    468X60
    active until:2013-10-28
    order:1
    id:banner-header1
    class:top_banner

    things I tried:
    – I verified I got only one div with same id.
    – the div is visible
    – tried with id/class only
    – tried with no expiration date
    – tried jpeg

    please help, thank you
