Locating Backup

Hope someone can help. I had had BackWPUp installed, but it never actually emailed me the backups… Now, I need to restore things.

This is what happened: was in the middle of changing hosts and registrar. Hadn’t changed hosts yet or touched the files to move them. But domain transferred successfully and I changed the nameservers as instructed. That’s it.

My WordPress then all completely disappeared. I had exported an XML file earlier so imported that, so the posts are back, but the media library and all the plug-ins and settings are gone.

Is there anything I can do to retrieve all that? Help much appreciated!
