Locating index line 68 to change padding on image

I am trying to edit the padding on my site of the main logo. After inspecting the element it shows the following.

.header-v1 .logo {
margin-top: 28px;
} (index:68)

I know that an index.html file does not exist, I’ve checked the CSS file and am able to locate the margin-top section, but it is being bypassed by the above section from index line 68.
