Location and name of backups

I have made a backup via WordPress and and dialog box came up stating the backup could not be sent via email, so I saved it onsite, presumably on my web host somewhere in the WordPress files.
What is the name of the backup file and where would it be saved to under WordPress?https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/backup-scheduler/
