Location href target to _blank or _new

I did a cursory look through the old support questions and didn’t see any references to changing the link target for the location href.

It’s a simple task to modify the plugin myself, but I’d hate to lose my changes when the plugin is updated or miss out on new features if I forked my own version.

Any chance this feature could be added to a new version?
