Location Levels

Thanks for the great plugin, however;

In Account details > the first location level, it shows ‘–Select state–‘ and the other two show ‘–Select location–‘. The problem is that I’m using the first level for Country, not State. Here is how I have the levels set up:

Country > Province/State > City/Town

This would make more sense than having State at the first level, however, having ‘–Select location–‘ on all three levels would be best as then that leaves all levels open to be whatever the site developer wants it to be.

Also, could you please relabel ‘Zip Code’ to ‘Postal/Zip Code’ or make it so we can change it ourselves (not everyone’s website customers are just in the US).
