Location maps repeating addresses

Google maps are repeating locations for multiple events. Possibly a cache problem. When cache is emptied, all addresses display correctly. When page is refreshed the location maps repeat locations randomly. I double-checked that I was only loading the Google API scripts once. I also tested the JS link in the header and footer. I am currently testing for conflicting plugins, but so far no luck. Hoping this is an easy fix. Thank you!
