Location not updating or displaying

    If I set a location on the backend it is not displayed on the front-end. I tracked the issue to the right database table, and the relevant postmeta value is not being saved/updated. This is not the case with newly created events. Has anyone experienced this issue?

  • Yes i also noticed not picking up the correct address, only the City

    For me it’s the same. I pick an organization or venue. Save the event. check if everything is OK. But after a while the information vanishes. Why so? Is it a typical problem?

    Hi @erbnando,

    Sorry that you are experiencing this issue!

    As a first troubleshooting step, I’d recommend making sure that all of your plugins and WordPress version are up to date.

    After doing so, you can run through our testing for conflicts procedure in order to see if a conflict between a plugin or theme is causing the issue.
