• I am really interested in purchasing the pro version of this app but am having an issue with location logging not working. This is an important feature for us because our employees work off site in a couple of different states so for payroll and tax purposes we need to know which state they are in that day. when I view the shift details it says Unable to retrieve location data even though the option is checked in the settings. I have tried clocking in and out on both my laptop and mobile device. Any help is appreciated thank you!

    Sometimes that message happens because users have turned off their location sharing in their browser. Can you verify that your browser is actually sharing your location? (This works slightly differently in every browser – if you’re having trouble finding it, let me know what browser you are using and I can provide more precise instructions.)

    Do you know how to use the JS console in Chrome? It is possible that JS errors are preventing this from working. Can you check if there are any errors or messages in your JS console when you load a shift page?

    Hello,

    I am also having an issue testing the location feature. I’m using Safari and I have Location Services turned on. I also turned it on for the website using Preferences>Websites>Location then selecting the website and click Allow. Not sure if I’m missing something.
