Location of cache files?

I just had a site crash and suspect it was an issue with WP Super Cache. It crashed when I tried to disable the plugin.

Soon after, I got warnings that I had exceeded the disk space on my server.

I’m wondering if it could be related to cache files, so I need to know where WP Super Cache stores its cache files so I can manually delete them. I do NOT want to re-enable the plugin.
