Location of logs?

Since upgrading to the 3DSV2 plugin, I’ve had a number of issues and am being asked by support for log files, but there are no new log files under woocommerce->status->logs
I can also see nowhere in the plugin that I could accidentally switch off the logs, so I’m assuming this is default behaviour.
If you can point me at where to find the logs, I’d appreciate it.
