Location of posts

    Sorry, I’m a newbie. What I am trying to do is use FTP to backup
    my site. The first thing I did was download everything into my computer. Now all I would like to do is just download the new posts as they appear. I don’t know where these posts reside.

    I’d like to do this while I’m trying to unravel the whole idea of
    how to do this via different back-up plugins and understand what
    “MySQL” database means. Am I all wet ????

    Thanks much for the help. Problem is I have several different
    databases, and several sites. I don’t know what goes where.
    As you can see, I’m new to this game

    you’ll need to figure that one out

    To help, you can use ftp to look at the wp-config file of each install
    that file has the DB details, you can use that to match DBs to sites
