Location of Primary Widget Area

Hi! I love everything about this theme! The only aspect that is a little annoying is that when viewed in responsive mode (i.e. on a mobile device), the primary widget area is displayed at the top, above all articles and other info … is there an easy way to relocate that to the bottom?
