• Hi, very good plugin, had a couple of downs here and there, this is very useful.
But I was wondering where does flamingo stores mails that comes to our server? Is it on our own server?
I am asking because lately I am receiving a lot of spam with infected files.
So if it it saving there emails at my server, it is not too goof for me.
But how it can save an email to my server if my server is down? And I saw it keeps mails sent even when the whole server was down?
    Confused here… ??

Flamingo stores messages as posts of the custom post type flamingo_inbound, so you can find them in the wp_posts table. It doesn’t store attached files.

And I saw it keeps mails sent even when the whole server was down?

It means that the mails were not sent from the contact form because contact forms obviously couldn’t work if the server was down.

Hi, thank you for your answer!

So it does not store attached files, that’s good.
Then my problem is solved. ??

About the second part of your answer, please clear, so if my server is down and somebody sends me an email (directly to my email address, not through contact form, because my website is not reachable), I will see this email in Flamingo, yes?
