    Dear Developer,

I’m using the latest version of worpdress with the latest version of your plugin. If I add a new event on the backend with an location it won’t display the PIN text on the frontend. Nevermind it’s shown on the backend without any problems.

I had a look at the source code and the variable “dbem_location_baloon_format” seems to be empty on frontend site since wordpress doesn’t return anything with

    get_option('dbem_location_baloon_format') in events-manager/templates/placeholders/locationmap.php

What can be the problem at all? The PIN is at the correct place and only the PIN content is missing however.

  • Are you referring to the pin icon? Can you post a link?

    Hey caimin,
unfortunately the site is behind a login page but I could provide login information if neccessary. But I attached you two screenshots from the frontend and the backend.

As I said before the problem is that I get an empty result for “dbem_location_baloon_format” from wordpress in the file:

    events-manager/templates/placeholders/locationmap.php

Oh dear… I see that I was to dumb to actually see this -.- I thought “formatting” was only for things like fonts or other stuff. Sorry for that! Strange that there wasn’t any default option to display. Thank you very much!
