Location Rules for Custom Fields

    Pods is a great tool.

    My Question is– Why hasn’t Pods added the Feature of Location Rules?

    — Where like ACF, we can say “Show Field, if Post Type Equals News.

    Or

    — Show Field, if Post Type Equals Product.

    Or

    – Show Field, if Taxonomy Equals Category.

    Why can’t we have these kind of Location Rules in Pods?

    Pods 2.9 is in development now with repeatable fields. Pods 3.0 feature voting just finished and our donors chose Conditional Logic for Fields.

    Conditional Logic brings useful show/hide UI for individual fields. There’s a chance we can also tackle Conditional Logic for Groups too, but the focus is per field at the moment for 3.0 itself.
