    If a product in square is connected to the WOOCOMMERCE location and to a second location, the second location is removed whenever an update in woocommerce is made… In our case, the other square locations are ones without an online presence… it would be helpful to not have to have duplicates of all the products…We do have Woo set as the SOR, which we prefer…
    Anything I’m missing on this or is it this way by design?

    Hi @pjknight ,

    From what I understand, when you update the product in WooCommerce, it doesn’t stay assigned to the other location in Square anymore. Is that right?

    If so, then this is by design when you have WooCommerce as the SOR. When WooCommerce is set as SOR, the product data in Square will get overwritten with the product data in WooCommerce. I recommend checking our doc on SOR here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/#section-7

    To avoid this, you may consider using Square as your Product System of Record.
