If you disable all other plugins, does it still not work then? Or switch to another theme just to test if there isn’t a conflict somewhere within the theme?

Thanks for the replies! Unfortunately it’s a live business site so it’s hard for us to disable all other plugins or switch themes. Have you heard any other reports of similar symptoms?

Never seen this problem before.

I did notice the Ajax request returns status code 302 instead of 200. I just realized 302 means redirect ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_302 ).

Do you have any security plugins active that block / hijack Ajax request from the front-end? Or code in your function.php in your theme folders that would redirect it?
