Lock user account plugin support

    Hi I am using lock user account plugin but this is not work for me. I am using a premium version. The problem is that it does not allow users to be block/unlock. I realize that it is because I have the default WordPress wp-login and wp-admin routes hidden. Is there a solution for this?

    ??Hi,

    From what you describe, it sounds like Lock User Account plugin doesn’t work with custom login & admin paths. The best course of action would be to reach out to the plugin author and see if they can make it compatible with custom paths as the solution from the HMWP Ghost side would be to remove the custom paths which would reduce your website security.

    If we can assist them in any way to get it sorted out we would be more than happy to do it.
