What login customizer plugin are you using?

I dont use any. /wp-admin or /wp-login.php is normal

Your site uses a non-standard login URL. Open https://spinca.pl/wp-login.php and you’ll see where it redirects you – that’s not standard. And it’s caused by either the theme or a plugin.

That’s not important. What’s important is getting you back in. The only way is FTP. You have to rename/delete UCP’s plugin folder or rename the theme’s folder. Then you’ll be able to log in.
