Locked answer couldnt answer after some time

Dear friends i used this plugin for a customer on this page:
and now i have deactivated. the problem was that ok i connected with the fb of customer but when the customer didnt answer his client in about 10 minutes after that couldnt answer at all. So my question is why is that? It was like locked the answer. If you answer immediatly everything was ok if you late to answer after some time you couldnt. Is a setting from customer fb? or something else
