Sorry to hear that, if you cannot access wp-admin panel, then you will need to:
    1. login to your site FTP and rename .htaccess file you have there.
    2. go to wp-admin / Plugins and disable Custom Login URL
    3. go to wp-admin / Settings / Permalinks and click Save Changes button without actually changing anything.

the same thing just happened to me except I have not htaccess file, which is strange because I thought wp always had to have one. I am viewing “show hidden files” and its not there. I was in permalink settings, I changed the register url to “register” his save and I suddenly got an internal error. Please, how do I fix this?

btw, i re-uploaded a new .htaccess file and the site came back up, but when I tried to use your plugin again, it made the site go down again and I had to put up the .htaccess file back up. Every thing was fine until I tried setting the redirects for login and logout and even after I try to make those urls back to default, I cannot use the plugin.
