Nope. WordPress has no means to do that.

You can use ftp, or a file manager if your host offers one. navigate to wp-content -> themes and delete the offending theme, this will set you back to twentyeleven, the default theme

You can still navigate to https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/ and login from there. You do not actually need the login link on your website.

I guess I didn’t give it enough time on the first solution.

I had forgotten to mention, once you deleted the theme, you had to go to the link per @thewebatom to complete the reset to default theme
